You can track payments within the Homekeeper App. Select the "Payment/Bank Info" menu option and at the bottom, you will see a history of payments. TIDY uses a third payment processor to handle compliance and security. They asked they we add this disclaimer to the dates shown in the Homekeeper App: "While payouts should arrive in your account by the date shown, these times vary by your bank. If you don't receive a payout 5 days after the date shown, please let us know so that we can help. This can mean it was returned by your bank"
