There are 2 ways to alert the Client that you need to cancel a scheduled Cleaning.
If more than 24 hours away, you can Mark a Single Time Off for the time of the Cleaning to alert the Client.
If you are not able to go to a Cleaning and it is less than 24 hours before that Cleaning, you can Call Out to inform the Client and TIDY that you will not go to that Cleaning. It is always better to Call Out than to just not show up.
Call Out This Cleaning – Pressing this button removes you from the single Cleaning. You will still be assigned to any other scheduled Cleanings.
Call Out All Day – Pressing this button removes you from all scheduled Cleanings on that day.
Please note that you cannot cancel a Cleaning by messaging the TIDY Concierge. Call Out and Homekeeper cancellation fees may apply for cancellations.
