Is my communication with the client limited?

TIDY is committed to the safety of everyone on the platform. For the protection of the TIDY Homekeeper and the Client, TIDY limits the times you can reach out to the Client. (For example, you are not allowed to tell the Client you are on the way more than 2 hours before the start time of the Cleaning.)

For added protection, while communicating with your Client, TIDY masks phone numbers for both SMS and phone calls.
