What is To Dos Feedback?

To Dos Feedback is designed to give you some insight into how your clients have suggested you improve.

This is a list of things that you marked "Done", where the client later said it was "Not Done".  Typically, this can be a good signal that the top items on this list are the areas that clients think you can do a better job.

Everyone sees this list, so even the best Homekeepers will still get these suggestions.  They are only designed to help you understand the comments and find ways to improve.

For Example:
If "Floors" comes up on your list consistently, you may want to do something to improve your Floor experience for clients, such as getting new vacuums/mops, getting better solution, or researching techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of your floor cleaning.
