Actions
There are several kinds of actions that can be triggered in a workflow.
Send an email to an address of your choice.
Send an SMS to a phone number of your choice. Up to 3 phone numbers can be added, and they must be separated by a comma (e.g., 123456789,789456123).
Create a Concierge Action for our team to get things done for you.
You have the option of filtering actions to continue a workflow only if the criteria you set are met.
