Maintenance
TIDY helps you track past and upcoming maintenance. In addition, we can provide advice about what maintenance you should do. When giving advice, we use OpenAI's GPT4, a library of manuals, and our internal knowledgebase we call the "Property Genome Project".
Click on "More", then "Properties"
Select a property and in the "Rooms" section, click on "+ Add Item" under the desired room
Select an item to add from the list, you can also search for any specific item
You can also reach out to our Concierge team and request any desired item that is not in our list. Our team will work to add them for you!
Then, you will automatically get suggestions of what to do in your home to keep things maintained. This is based on expert suggestions from pros and from what other users do with the software.
You can also access suggested maintenances on the property page.

Navigate to the "Maintenance" section located in the side menu

Note: If the "yes" option is selected, all items for that property will be listed.
