RemoteLock
Granting access to your properties is something that is typically one of the most irritating things about working with pros! It is time sensitive (your pros need access now) and working with various smartlocks means each property has unique workflows to get the proper access.
Integrate with RemoteLock to power all your smartlocks with the RemoteLock platform. TIDY will generate a lock pin for your integrated device so Pros can access your home when they need the information for a cleaning or maintenance event.
In the "Locks" section, located in the "Integrations" menu, select the "RemoteLock" option, then click "Add Integration".
You will be redirected to the RemoteLock website. Sign in your RemoteLock account, then authorize access to TIDY RemoteLock Integration. You will be redirected to your TIDY account, and a success notification will be displayed.
In mobile version, you can manage your integrations, in the "Rental Property Features" sections, located in the "More" tab.
Note: TIDY will automatically match and integrate addresses that are added to RemoteLock and your TIDY account. The devices will then be available for integration in these address.
To manually integrate a device with a property, go to your RemoteLock integration manager in TIDY app, and select the desired location.
Select which RemoteLock location to associate with your TIDY property, then select the desired device. Click "Save Changes".
Your RemoteLock is now integrated and will automatically generate a lock code for each job.
You can also manage integrated devices in the "Properties" section, located in the "More" menu and navigating to the TIDY property integrated with your RemoteLock devices.
