This feature is in Beta, and only available to customers with more than 20 units at this time.
For many workflows, customers may want to adjust the thermostat. For example, if you have a unit in a cold weather climate, you may want to have the temperature turned down low when the unit is vacant. You then may want to raise the temperature when the pro is on the way, to ensure they are comfortable while working on site. Then, you may want to make sure the temperature is returned back to a low level when the pro leaves. This ensures you can maximize comfort for your pros, tenants, guests but also save money.
