HRIS/Payroll Integrations

We support multiple integrations into directory, HRIS, or payroll systems. Note that at this time, integrating with systems takes about 30 days, although we are working to get that time down. We expect by the end of summer 2022 we will be able to integrate within 1 business day.
You might want to consider integrating into a HRIS or payroll system to:
- Automate the process of adding or removing employees from your account. When an employee is added to your HRIS system, they are added to TIDY (following your campaign rules). When an employee is removed from your HRIS system, they are removed from TIDY (following your campaign rules).
- Automate the process of providing information about employees to power campaigns. For example, if you only want full-time employees to receive a benefit, and your HRIS system has that information, by providing it to TIDY we can only send credit to the eligible people.
You do not need to integrate to use TIDY, it is just an option. But it is recommended for companies with over 200 employees, as beyond that point simply adding and removing employees can be a monthly or weekly task.
