Backup times are alternate times to automatically reschedule if your pro is sick or can't make it, dramatically improving the likelihood of us getting the cleaning done in those situations.

You can set your preferred times on each job or as default on your account.

You are able to set preferred times for each job in the section "Schedule" of your app by selecting the respective job and tapping on "Backup times".

If you are flexible at all in your timing, default backup times are the best way to improve the reliability of the cleaning as they are applied to all scheduled jobs. To set preferred times on your account, go to the section "More" of your app, then select the "Default Backup Times" option located in the "Account settings" section.
