TIDY AI

TIDY uses AI throughout the product for your benefit. Collectively refer to these as TIDY AI, although each use of the AI has a unique, optimized model. TIDY could not function if it were not for AI. TIDY AI is specifically used to:

  • Improving Acceptance (Acceptance Probability)
    • Predict the acceptance rate for your job request, given its unique characteristics (for example, the timing of the request, the settings on your account, and conditions at that specific location).
    • Suggest ways to improve the potential acceptance rate.
  • Improving Pairings
    • Optimizing pairings between you and the potential pros.
  • Improve Reliability
    • Predict last-minute cancellations
    • Notify you of potential issues.
    • Optimizing standby placements to cover last-minute cancellations.
  • Suggest Maintenance
    • Based on the objects in your property, we can suggest maintenance.
  • Creating Digital Twin
    • Generate floorplans
    • Load objects (assets, appliances) from the property.
    • Load characteristics of the property.
    • All this allows us to avoid manual data entry.
