Access Control / Smartlocks

Using digital/smartlocks to control access to your properties can be a great way to allow pros to safely access your properties. TIDY works with a variety of smartlocks, and is expanding their

TIDY helps customers integrate into their smartlock providers in 2 ways:

  1. You can connect to an integrated smartlock source (currently RemoteLock is supported). Here you can follow the steps to link the account and automatically generate access codes for your pros as needed for jobs. To learn more, see: RemoteLock
  2. We are actively working with beta customers to directly integrate with some smartlocks, without the need for something like RemoteLock. If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please contact concierge@tidy.com and ask to be on the beta. To be eligible for the beta, you must have:
    1. Multiple properties
    2. Each sharing the same type of smartlock.
