Smart Numbers

A Smart Number is a special phone number provided by TIDY that lets you communicate with your pros and guests/tenants via SMS. This means all your messages stay within TIDY, making it easy to track conversations and manage your properties. Available for all our subscription options, except for the free plan.

Getting Started

  • Create Your Smart Numbers: You can set up to two numbers—one for communicating with pros and another for guests staying at your properties.
    1. Start by going to the “Messages” section
    2. Then tap Guest or Pro Smart Number
    3. Create a Smart Number.

  • Send and Receive Messages: When you send or receive messages through these numbers, they will automatically appear in your TIDY account. You can also reply to them directly on TIDY, and these messages will be sent as SMS to your Pro/Guest.
    

How it works

  • Guest Communications: When managing properties, you can use the second smart number for guest communications. Messages can be tied to specific properties.

  • Messages to Pros: Messages that match a phone number with a pro are assigned to that pro automatically. Received messages to the Pro Smart Number can be assigned to a specific pro.
  • Replying to Messages: You can respond to any messages received through your smart numbers directly from TIDY. Replies will be sent from the smart number, keeping your communication seamless.
  • Managing Messages in TIDY: You can view and manage these messages easily on the “Messages” page, where you can filter by guest, pro, property, and dates.
