If you're looking to integrate Entrata API with TIDY, here are some easy steps to follow:
- Send a e-mail to the Entrata Account Manager to request API Access to your company account. Here is an e-mail template you can use:
Hello [Entrata Account Manager],
I would like to request TIDY be granted API access to my Entrata account.
TIDY provides software and AI assistance to get cleaning and maintenance done to me today and it would be helpful if they could integrate their service into Entrata to reduce manual effort for my team.

Once you get the API key, follow the next steps:
- Log into your TIDY account and navigate to the "Integrations" section.
- Select the "Entrata" integration.
- Select the “Direct” integration option and enter the API key provided by the Entrata Account Manager.
- Follow the steps to complete the integration setup, and you're done!
With these steps completed, you should be able to easily integrate your Entrata data with TIDY and access your reservations and your cleaning jobs.
